Ingredients
50mL The Glenlivet 12yo
20mL lemon juice
20mL sugar syrup
15mL egg whites
Dash of Angostura bitters
15mL Jacobs Creek Double Barrel Shiraz (Aged in Scotch Whisky Barrels)
Method
Add Glenlivet Whisky, lemon juice, sugar syrup, egg whites and a dash of Angostura bitters into a cocktail shaker.
Shake well and strain into an ice-filled, low-ball glass.
